Lesia Anderson, RDN, CDN, RYT

~Who I Am~

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 11 years experience in clinical nutrition. I live in a small town in Michigan with my husband and two children, St. Bernard, cat and chickens. I love hot coffee, cold craft beer and sampling foreign cuisines. When I am not working, folding laundry or fetching snacks for my kids, I enjoy practicing yoga, gardening, camping, bike riding and collecting sunrises.

~What I Do~

I provide weight inclusive Medical Nutrition Therapy for chronic conditions including diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, PCOS, digestive disorders, cancer and post-illness weight restoration as well as general nutrition education for caregivers of children and the elderly.

As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Registered Yoga Teacher, I also work with women to help them understand, accept and embrace their changing bodies as they enter new life stages. As a woman in mid-life entering perimenopause, I get the struggles women face as their bodies change. This isn't a time to panic or to throw in the towel.  It's a time to stop punishing your body and to start nourishing it! I work from a Health at Every Size philosophy because all people deserve to pursue good health no matter their body size. Through a combination of healthful nutrition, body acceptance and joyful movement, I believe that all women can feel their best
